Cloudburst

It was starting. "Watch out!" He heard someone yell, "This storm is going to be rough!"
The ship swayed side to side, it would be very rough indeed.
"We call it a Cloudburst, but one on this scale only happens once every few years!!!"
All balance failed, as the wood and metal was heaved to one side. Why was it that he was struck by the thought that Cloudburst was going to be something very important in his future?

The rain of a thousand tears streams over a world of water, and in this shower of sorrow, a miracle happens, a single raindrop hits seemingly stillborn child, which raises it's head, and coughs. The doctors are amazed. The priests declare it an act of God. The parents are just happy to have a living, breathing child. Nineteen years later, this seemingly small miracle changes history forever...

Skybreak

"Look!!! To the sky, up there! There is the salvation you have been waiting for! There, not this mad desert raider, who has lost his wits to mead and the sands! He speaks of a great shape in the sky, of metal and fire! The only things in the sky are the Ships, and the Gods. And steel and flames belong with neither!"

While the web is being woven, only the cost is know. And in this web's construction, the cost is very, very, great. But will it all be worth it for the weaver, as he is conspired against by all around him, or will his plan fail to hold out? Those that it all rests on aren't ready. In the cold harsh night of the desert, lays the one that holds the key. Not even the Lost Principle can compare with this key in importance, but who will reach it first, and what does it unlock, if anything?

Flamestorm

The Pinnacle looked down at them, they were enemies to be engaged, and killed. It would be easy. It lowered it's Fireblade, and locked on. The massive cannon pointed down at them, the Pinnacle roared, then fired. All was engulfed in flames.

In a world of death, only the strongest live on, but the fate of a million worlds rest on a character than could in no way be called strong. Stranded outside of normal time, a spectator looks on as the blood begins to pour, and silently laughs, while the only one that can stop it all is dying. Will a hero be forged from the scrap of a thousand dead, and can the Broken Ones find the way to the Lost Principle?

Final Ground

"Are we..." There was no need to answer, They all looked up at the hulk of metal lying on the ground before them, this was their last stand, the final ground they had to fall back to. This is where it would all end. This is where both sides would fight, and one side would fall.

As the last few encroach on the Lost Principle, the Broken Ones stand ready to hold the universe at bay. The Fallen Souls still writhe on their deathbeds, their long last breaths sucking joy from the only ones who care. Meanwhile, the one outside still relishes in the bloodshed of a thousand million wars, and still knows the only twist to end it all. Will the four let everything go as planed to the word of a mad old man, or will they find out the only way to change it all?
Just a short blurb for a small series I thought up ten minutes ago. Apparently they sound cool, so I'm putting this up here.
